Victoria Dhar, MSHEP, ACAS, is a passionate health educator on the Autism Spectrum. She was diagnosed with Autism in her 20s. Her goal in life is to help others on the spectrum navigate wellness and health. Making it simple and not an overwhelming experience.
Victoria has over five years of experience serving others in their health needs and goals. From helping clients structure nutrition and exercise plans to clinical research in neuroscience.
Additionally, she holds numerous certifications, including Health Coaching and Advanced Clinical Trial Assistant certifications, with hundreds of hours of experience in each, and she is an IBCCES Certified Advanced Autism Specialist.
